About Me
I’m a dedicated myEvolv consultant, working full-time with the platform since 2013. I’ve configured and administered myEvolv and many of its companion applications, like OrderConnect and FrontDesk, for non-profits in the IDD and Foster Care spaces, and most recently for a for-profit Behavioral Health Coaching provider. Along the way, dozens of agencies have enlisted my support to unlock more value from their myEvolv investment by optimizing workflows and data capture.
I was deeply involved in the myEvolv user community while working as an employee at agencies. I moderated the Reporting & Analytics Community of Excellence, presented at CONNECTIONS conferences on topics such as reporting and advanced form design. I have also been hosting a blog where I share helpful tips & tricks for myEvolv configuration for much of this time. I thrive on helping fellow administrators and superusers turn challenges into creative solutions that drive better outcomes.
Before diving into IT, I studied Political Science & Philosophy at SUNY Cortland and worked as direct support staff, habilitation planner, and program administrator in residential disability services before jumping to the IT department to help with myEvolv. Experiencing the frustrations of end-users first-hand drove my focus on how to make the myEvolv interface more effective. Working with a database-driven application also led me back to school for an associate’s in Computer Information Systems, where I fell in love with web technologies and working with data. My interest in data got so bad that during the COVID-19 pandemic, I returned to school once again to complete coursework in GIS and Cartography so that I could map geospatial data.
If you have met me in a professional setting, caught one of my demos or conference presentations through the Netsmart community, or checked out my blog, then you know that I am all about developing outside-the-box solutions, including:

- Automating data flows, both within myEvolv and across external systems
I partner with agencies to improve processes and help them realize the promise of an Electronic Health Record for easier service documentation, better evidence-based outcomes for the people they serve and increased revenues.
